THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.779 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.V.M.P.No.3111 of 2015 in W.P.M.P.No.3045 of 2015 in W.P.No.2285 of 2015, dated 18.08.2016. The operative portion of the said order reads as follows:- "In the circumstances, in order to do justice to both the parties, pending disposal of the writ petition, the interim stay granted on 06.02.2015 is made absolute, subject to the writ petitioners paying minimum wages payable to kalasi to the vacate petitioner pending disposal of the writ petition. The writ petitioners are directed to verify the record and if the service of a junior who was appointed subsequent to appointment of the vacate petitioner was regularized, the same treatment shall be extended to the vacate petitioner also."

Against the above order, the Telangana Road Transport Corporation preferred W.A.No.1264 of 2017 and the Division Bench of this Court by order, dated 23.10.2017, set aside a portion of the order directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularisation, in case his juniors were regularized.

In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in the present contempt case.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.
