COMMON ORDER:

This batch of Writ Petitions is filed questioning separate, but similar proceedings issued by the respondent declining to permit the petitioners to shift their respective saw mills to the proposed premises on the ground that they fall within the radius of 5 kms from the reserve forest.

This Court in W.P.No.20131 of 2012 and batch, has considered identical proceedings and allowed the said Writ Petitions by order, dated 23.7.2015. Following the same, these Writ Petitions are also allowed with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petitions,

WPMP.Nos.6034, 6050, 6051 and 6052 of 2012 and WVMP.Nos.2887, 3054 and 3198 of 2012 are disposed of as infructuous.
