By giving liberty to the petitioner to appear in person and file application for recall of Non-Bailable warrant to consider the recall by obtaining fresh bonds under Section 88/89 Cr.P.C. and also to file application under Section 147 of Negotiable Instruments Act for according permission to compound subject to payment of compounding fee within the discretion of the trial Court to fix from hearing, the criminal revision case is disposed of before admission.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
