HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN ARBITRATION APPLICATION No.68 OF 2011 ORDER (ORAL):

Learned counsel for the respondent has shown the order in C.P. (IB) No.111/7/HDB/2017 dated 07.08.2017 whereby The National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad, has adjudicated moratorium as regards the respondent. Those, proceedings are taken on record.

2. Accordingly, this Arbitration Application is closed without prejudice and leaving it open to initiate fresh proceedings in terms of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, if need with the passage of time. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in the Arbitration Application stand closed.
