ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed feeling aggrieved by non-granting of an ex parte interim order by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad - respondent No.3 (for short 'the Tribunal'), for promoting the petitioner. We are indeed surprised that such a writ petition is filed when the O.A. as well as the request for interim relief are still pending before the Tribunal.

Hence, we do not find any reason to entertain the writ petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.14992 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
