THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.13194 OF 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner was earlier working as Lineman in the office of Divisional Engineer, MRT/South, Hyderabad. He was transferred to CBD/Charminar Division vide proceedings, dated 10.12.2013, by retaining his lien and seniority in MRT/South. Petitioner made representation, dated 07.03.2017, to the 1st respondent retransfer him to his unit. Alleging that no orders are passed on the said representation, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition. 2.

Since the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance in his representation, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to examine the representation, dated 07.03.2017, submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law by assigning due reasons in support of his decision, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
