This writ petition is filed to quash the order passed by the 1st respondent in favour of the 2nd respondent in F.A.M.P.No.9/2001 in F.A.No.4/2000, dated 18.12.2001.

As the petitioner has not complied with the conditional order dated 18.08.2010, the present writ petition is dismissed as default against the 2nd respondent and an endorsement is made to that effect. In view of the same, nothing survives in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
