THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CONTEMPT CASE No.1043 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act alleging that the respondent has not complied the orders of this Court dated 22.09.2016 in W.P.No.32187 of 2016.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 30.10.2017 and 10.11.2017. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies submitted that the respondent has complied with the orders of this Court dated 22.09.2016 in W.P.No.32187 of 2016.

Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
