O R D E R

Sri V.R. Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the leaned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, agree that the issue raised in this writ petition fell for consideration before this Court in W.P.No.20154 of 2015 which was disposed of by order dated 03.07.2015. A copy of the said order is placed on record. In terms of the said order and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated order, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner herein to prefer an appeal under Section 10 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905 against the impugned notice dated 02.07.2015 and also seek appropriate interlocutory relief therein. Till the disposal of the stay application or appeal, whichever is earlier in point of time, the impugned notice dated 02.07.2015 shall stand suspended. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
