ORDER

This writ petition pertains to transfer of the petitioner, who was transferred from 4th respondent-School to 5th respondent-School, as a measure of punishment, as the respondents have found that the petitioner has beaten the students, against the standing order 36 of 1996, dated 21.11.1996.

This writ petition was filed in the year 2015. No interim order was granted by this Court while ordering notice before admission on 28.09.2015. Now, it is represented that the petitioner has joined in the 5th respondent-School, to which he was transferred. In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined in the 5th respondent-School, and three years have already elapsed, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
