As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 30.03.2016, either in the morning session or in the afternoon session, the matter was listed to 31.03.2016 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Inspite of matter being posted under the caption 'for dismissal', even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the Revision.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
