HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1225 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 02.02.2012 in I.A.(SR)No.7247 of 2011 in O.S.No.308 of 2005 on the file of the Court of II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar. As per office note, O.S.No.308 of 2005 itself was dismissed on 16.10.2012. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous. In view of the office note and as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
