This petition under Section 439(1)(b) Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to relax the condition that he shall appear before the SHO, Nacharam, on every Sunday between 8.00 AM to 11.00 AM till filing of charge sheet, imposed in Crl.M.P.No.53 of 2015 dated 13.01.2015.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the SHO, Nacharam on every Sunday between 8.00 AM to 11.00 AM till filing of charge sheet, is hereby relaxed.
