THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.35755 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed questioning the proposed action of the respondents for filling up the post of fair price shop dealer of FP.shop No.3 of Dandupally H/o Manoharabad village, Toopran Mandal, Medak District with B.C. general category candidate.

2. The learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents states that the said proposal was kept in abeyance by the Commissioner Civil Supplies, Telangana State, Hyderabad vide proceedings CCS.Ref.No.PP1/1418/2015, dt.27.10.2015.

3. In this view of the matter, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication at the moment. However, in case, the respondents commence taking steps to fill up the post of fair price shop dealership of the above shop, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
