Aggrieved by the proceedings-cum-order dated 25.10.2016 in Cr.No.255/ 2016/ P&Ex/ A2 in C.O.R.No.349 of 2016 of Prohibition & Excise Station, Kothagudem, passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, Khammam, this revision is filed by the petitioner/ owner.

Heard before admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State of Telangana.

There is practically nothing to interfere with the impugned order but for giving option either to comply with the impugned order by furnishing F.D.R. for Rs.43,500/ - or in alternative to give immovable property security worth of Rs.75,000/ - (Rupees Seventy five thousand only) by execution of a bond on Rs.100/ - stamp paper by deposit of the original sale deed, within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. 5.
