HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.15679 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to direct respondent University to appoint petitioner as Junior Assistant under the category of S.C-B from out of the posts notified in Notification No.2199/25/85/Estt.1 dated 11.06.2003 by declaring the action of respondent University in not considering the case of petitioner in spite of directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.27507 of 1995 dated 21.04.1997 and in C.C.No.1482 of dated 19.01.1998.

2. Advocate for petitioner submitted that in spite of repeated letters to petitioner he has not received any instructions from petitioner and that he has no further instructions.

3. This writ petition is of the year 2003. Only on the request of advocate for petitioner, matter is being adjourned from 04.11.2015 till this date to get instructions from the party.

4. From the submission of advocate for petitioner, it appears that petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case, therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
