THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.13700 OF 2016 ORDER:

Though in the writ petition, the order of suspension pending enquiry dated 21.03.2016 is challenged, after arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioner confines his submissions to the extent of show cause and submits that if a show cause notice is issued to the petitioner, the petitioner would have an opportunity to submit his explanation and though a month had been passed, neither a show cause notice is issued nor any proceedings are initiated and further in the process the respondents have also seized the stock. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

Having considered the limited grievance of the petitioner, there shall be a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to initiate proceedings by issuing a show cause notice forthwith to the petitioner and complete the enquiry, after considering the explanation that would be submitted by the petitioner. However, the respondents shall complete the entire exercise within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
