HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3456 of 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.09.07.2013 in I.A.No.445 of 2012 in RCC No.14 of 2012 passed by the Rent Controller-cum-IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Vijayawada whereby the petition filed under Order I, Rule 10 and Section 151 CPC was dismissed. But, the main RCC was disposed of by the trial Court vide order dated 07.10.2015.

In view of disposal of RCC No.14 of 2012, no cause of action survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
