On 11-09-2017, the case was adjourned to today for being posted under the caption for dismissal as the learned counsel for the applicants-appellants was not present. Even today when the case is called, there is no representation for the applicants-appellants. Hence, these applications are dismissed for nonprosecution. 3.

In view of the dismissal of W.A.M.P.Nos. 2405 and 2404 of 2017, this appeal is rejected.
