Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home for the State of Telangana. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to the 4th respondent. 3.

The Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the civil dispute with regard to the land in Sy.Nos.167 and 172 situated at Thimmapur, Khanapur Village, Nirmal District, by calling the petitioner to police station and threatening him to implicate him in a false criminal case at the behest of the 4th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute by calling the petitioner to the police station without there being any crime against him.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, denies the allegations made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. He further submits that no case is registered against the petitioner and he is not summoned to the police station. 6.

In view of the rival submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the civil litigation pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent by summoning him to the police station. If the 3rd respondent intends to take any action against any of the parties, it shall only be in accordance with the procedure established by law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
