HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7701 of 2015 ORDER :

When the matter came up for hearing, the respondent State represented by the Public Prosecutor submitted that in the above crime, the police concerned filed charge sheet after completion of the investigation and the learned Magistrate taken cognizance in the above crime by giving number as C.C. No.418 of 2015 and no cause survives for adjudication in this criminal petition and the same has become infructuous.

2) Recording the said submission, this criminal petition is disposed of without prejudice the rights of the petitioner(s) to move if at all any cognizance in the final report under Section 190 Cr.P.C taken thereon or from any protest petition under Section 190 read with 200 Cr.P.C.
