THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 31918 OF 2017 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed with a prayer that the respondents may be directed to follow the procedure prosecuted under law, particularly the guidelines laid down in Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar1 in conducting investigation in F.I.R.No.69 of 2017 of Machavaram Police Station.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Government Pleader for Home (AP) submits that the respondents will strictly follow the guidelines laid down in Arnesh Kumar case (1 supra).

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Home (AP), this Writ Petition is closed directing the respondent-police to follow the principles laid down in Lalitha Kumari v. Government of U.P. and Others2 as well as the guidelines laid down in Arnesh Kumar case (1 supra). There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
