The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of 1st respondent in threatening, assaulting and wrongfully confining him for hours together as illegal.

The Assistant Government Pleader by relying on written instructions dated 06.08.2013 submits that police Kushaiguda have registered Cr.No.422 of 2013 against the worker of the petitioner. The petitioner is not required in any case and no complaint whatsoever is received or registered against him. He further submits that except registering the above crime, the police never summoned or interfered with the life and liberty of petitioner. The statement made basing on written instructions is placed on record. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall no order as to costs.
