This Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner-decree holder under Section 115 of C.P.C. inter alia seeking to assail the order, dated 04-04-2007 in E.P.No.2 of 2007 in O.S.No.7221 of 2002 on the file of the III Additional Rent Controller-cum-XV Junior Civil Judge, Hyderabad.

The order impugned is only proceeding on execution and seeking attachment, which was though passed long back, there is no stay obtained from this Court. In view of the same, I do not find any justification or reason to warrant interference with the impugned order, at this late hour, by exercising the jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
