This writ petition is filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 1 to 3 in proceeding to conduct elections to the 2nd respondent Society basing on an illegally prepared Voters List as illegal and arbitrary. Sri C. Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of

subsequent developments, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
