Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.4 in refusing to issue e-pass books by making entries in online revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.8.21 cents in Survey Nos.2270/ 6, 2707, 1818/ 10 and 2705/ 1A situated at Chinna Orampadu Village, Obulavaripally Mandal, Rajampet, Kadapa District, as being illegal and arbitrary'. 4.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to pass orders on the application dated 15.12.2016 made by the petitioner seeking issuance of epass books and that he also paid requisite fee. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue does not dispute the same, provided requisite fee is paid.

Having regard to the above, the respondent-authorities are directed to dispose of the application dated 15.12.2016 made by the petitioner seeking issuance of e-pass books in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.8.21 cents in Survey Nos.2270/ 6, 2707, 1818/ 10 and 2705/ 1A situated at Chinna Orampadu Village, Obulavaripally Mandal, Rajampet, Kadapa District, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four to six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if requisite fee is already paid.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 7.
