When the matter was listed on 25.09.2018, there was no representation for petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 01.10.2018. In spite of listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', when the matter is called today, learned counsel for the petitioner is not ready. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
