This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') is filed requesting to quash the proceedings in Crime No.659 of 2016 of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Commissionerate at Rachakonda, Ranga Reddy District. 2.
The 2nd respondent/de facto complainant, and all the petitioners in Criminal Petition are present. The de facto complainant has filed Crl.P.MP.No.2115 of 2017 under Section 320(2) read with 482 Cr.P.C., requesting to compound the offences and quash the First Information Report in the aforesaid crime. Yet another petition in Crl.P.MP.No.2214 of 2017 under Section 320(6) read with 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners seeking permission of this Court to enter into compromise by compounding the offences in the aforesaid crime. 3.
Both the de facto complainant as well as the petitioners/accused are identified by their respective counsel, Sri Javagi Ramulu and Sri D.Vijaya Kumar. Driving Licence of the de facto complainant and Aadhar cards of the petitioners/accused are shown and Photostat copies thereof have been filed.

The de facto complainant and the petitioners filed a joint compromise memo and affirmed the contents mentioned therein. When asked with regard to request to record compromise and quash
ASN,J CrlP_2268_2017 the proceedings, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the de facto complainant has received an amount of Rs.6,08,000/-, which the de facto complainant would affirm as having received already and for the balance of Rs.6,92,000/-, the petitioners intend to issue cheques and the de facto complainant pleased to agree to receive the cheques.

In view of the above, keeping in view the guidelines laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Gian Singh v. State of Punjab1, more particularly, submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana that there are no other victims except de facto complainant herein, Crl.P.M.P.Nos.2214 and 2215 of 2017 are ordered permitting the petitioners and de facto complainant/R.2 to enter into compromise and to compound the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed quashing the First Information Report in Crime No.
of of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Commissionerate at Rachakonda, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
