THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4737 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Section 439(1)(b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioners/A.7 and A.8 seeking to relax the conditions imposed by the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rajampet, in Crl.M.P.No.273 of 2015, dated 09.04.2015.

Heard and perused the records.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to relax the conditions as follows.

(i) The bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) is reduced to Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only).

(ii) The sureties need not be of Rajampet Town and the sureties must be native of State of Andhra Pradesh.

(iii) The petitioners are directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Chitvel P.S., Kadapa District, as and when required.

(iv) The Condition of depositing an amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) before the trial Court is relaxed.
