S. V. Anjaneya Deekshitulu, v. The Personal Officer,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17185 of 2002 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the proceedings issued by the respondent in Office Order No.E3/013(1)/2002-NZPO(ZE8) dated 22.08.2002 against the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and capricious and consequently direct the respondent to retain the petitioner at Nellore only to enable the petitioner to look after his 2nd son's health as well and to pass such other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." The subject matter of the writ petition pertains to transfer of the petitioner. Admittedly, the petitioner was aged 52 years at the time of filing of the writ petition. Now, the petitioner attained the age of superannuation and more over on 09.09.2002 while admitting the writ petition, this Court directed the respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner. As such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. ____________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J Date: 10-09-2015 pab
