Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that respondents - police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents and they are only investigating in respect of a Crime registered in Crime No.92 of 2019 on the file of Shamirpet Police Station. Learned counsel for respondent No.7 says that Civil Court granted injunction in favour of respondent No.7 in I.A.No.344 of 2019 in O.S.No.95 of 2019 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Medchal, Ranga Reddy District, and against Writ Petitioner, in the subject property. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Writ Petition can be disposed of directing respondents - police not to interfere with the civil disputes between the parties.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents - police not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the parties.
However, this order shall not preclude the respondents - police from investigating the crime and taking action in accordance with law
and also giving police aid to respondent No.7 for implementing injunction granted by Civil Court. No costs.
