HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1748 of 2020 ORDER:

This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by the learned I Special Sessions Judge for trial of cases relating to atrocities against women, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, in Crl.M.P.No.5297 of 2019, vide order dated 01.11.2019, to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer, Vanasthalipuram, on every Friday between 9 am and 12 noon. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has complied with the aforesaid condition without fail.

In view of the above and having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the application, the application is allowed relaxing the aforesaid condition.
