None appears for the petitioner.

Mr. Bokka Satyanarayana, learned Government Pleader for Home submits that in view of the interim order dated 24.4.2012 passed in W.P.M.P.

No. 15054 of 2012, nothing further survives in the writ petition. That seems to be the reason why, nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits. Hence, I am constrained to dismiss this writ petition for nonprosecution. Order accordingly.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
