Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that the case has been compromised before the Lok Adalath held by the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hayathnagar, on 04.02.2012 and even an award was passed and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
