V. Prasad v. State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5395 OF 2018 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the Government Pleader for Social Welfare (T.G.) for respondent Nos.1 to 3, and Smt. A Deepthi, Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.4 to 8. 2.
The petitioners have filed this writ petition alleging that there is an enquiry being conducted by third respondent as to whether they secured appointment under the reserved category (local scheduled tribe) in the fourth respondent Organisation, that the fourth respondent had not issued any proceeding certifying the fact that the petitioners did not get employment under that category, and that the third respondent is proceeding with the enquiry and this causes prejudice to them.
3.
Smt. A.Deepthi, Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.4 to 8, states that on 09.02.2018 the fourth respondent had issued certificate to each of the petitioners stating that they were not selected under the local scheduled tribe category. 4.
It is open to the petitioners to produce the said certificate dated 09.02.2018 before the third respondent and third respondent shall expeditiously conclude the enquiry initiated against the petitioners, after considering Memo No.Dir(HR)/CGM(HR)/DS(O&M)/AS(O&M)/PO-G/04/2018, dated 09.02.2018, issued by the fourth respondent.
5.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
6.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
