This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 20.2.2012 in I.A. No.178 of 2012 in O.S. No.33 of 2001 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Narsapur, West Godavari District. 2.

No representation on behalf of the petitioners either in for Fore Noon or in the After Noon. As per the Office note, the suit itself was dismissed on 19.6.2012. Therefore, no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
