ORDER

In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that though she approached the 3rd respondent for renewal of fitness of her vehicles, in several times, he is not accepting the same and therefore, she is constrained to seek a writ of mandamus by filing this writ petition.

Heard both sides.

At the hearing, it is submitted that an identical issue is covered in W.P.No.9570 of 2017, which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 06.04.2017 and therefore, this writ petition may also be disposed of in terms of the said order in the interest of justice. 4.

Having regard to the submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the afore-stated order, dated 06.04.2017, this Writ Petition is allowed, directing the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner forthwith to submit her application through online and process the same as expeditiously as possible and complete the testing formalities within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that the respondent authorities may take action against the petitioner for furnishing the alleged fake address and getting her vehicles registered, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

CKR, J W.P.No.5506 of 2019 Miscellaneous application, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
