It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in the writ petition is covered by order, dated 31-05-2010, passed by this Court in WP.No.5796 of 2010. The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. However, he states that G.O.Ms.No.747, dated 29-06-2008 is not in force. In view of the same, it is open for the petitioners to make applications in terms of latest G.O. if any issued. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
