The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order. ORDER:

Heard. Perused the record, There shall be interim stay of execution of decree and judgment, dated: 25.1O,2O18, passed in M.V.O.P No.444 of 2Ol7 by the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-I Additional District Judge, Nalgonda, subject to petitioner/appellant depositing 50% of the decreetal amount, together with costs and interest, if any, within eight (O8) weeks from today.

On such deposit, the major claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioner/ appellant, together with interest and costs thereon, without furnishing any security, as per their proportionate share, from out ofthe deposited amount.
