HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.16245 of 2017 ORDER:
Heard Mr.P.Veera Reddy, learned Senior Counsel for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleaders for Assignment and Endowments.
The petitioners complain against inaction of respondents particularly respondents 2 to 4 in granting house site pattas to petitioners for the houses/ huts in their possession in an extent of Ac.9.00 cents in Sy.No.328/ 1 of Ramavaram Village, Jaggampeta Mandal, East Godavari District, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.
The petitioners claim to be persons in peaceful possession and enjoyment of property belonging to a Charitable Institution under the administrative control of 5th respondent, namely P.V.L. Choultry, Katravulapalli. The petitioners have been making attempts for obtaining pattas from respondents 2 to 4. The petitioners since are not getting any reply from respondents, the present writ petition is filed complaining against the continued inaction of respondents in assigning house site pattas to petitioners. The Assistant Government Pleader (Assignment) places on record the written instructions, dated 27.04.2018. Sri P.Veera Reddy taking note of the stand of the Government suggests that the stand of respondents 2 to 4 can be
placed on record so that the petitioners can work out their remedies in accordance with law.
The statement is placed on record and accepted. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
