HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.3367 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner/A4 seeks to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.204 of 2012 on the file of IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad.

2) When the matter came up for hearing this Court called for information as to the present stage of C.C.No.204 of 2012. Accordingly, the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad in his letter in Dis.No.11884/MSJ/HYD/2018, dated 04.08.2018 submitted information to the effect that the said case was withdrawn by the complainant and accused was acquitted on 04.01.2013. 3) In that view, this Criminal Petition which was filed against C.C.No.204 of 2012, has become infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
