...RESPONDENTS Petition Under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS to declare the action of the respondents in not paying the compensation as per the award passed by the 3rd respondent in LAOP.NO.50/2018, d1.20.04.2021 as illegal and arbitrary, null and void and consequently direct the respondents to pay the compensation.
