The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos 2 to 4 in not conducting survey in relation to an agriculture land to an extent of Ac 2 17 gts in Sy No 120 at Damarcherla Village and Mandit Nagonda District inspite the petitioner made an application dt 10 01 2019 in a prescribed proforma as illegal arbitrary and contrary to the Orders passed in W A No 110 of 2013 dt 14 06 2013 and consequently direct the Respondent Nos 2 to 4 to conduct survey as per the request of the petitioner and pass such other relief or reliefs as this Honble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner submitted an application on-line through the Me-seva counter for demarcation of the subject land on 10.01.2019. He also submitted a F-line petition on-line for demarcation of the boundaries. Having received such applications, it is not open to the revenue authorities to remain somnolent. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Damacherla Mandal and the Mandal Surveyor, Damacherla Mandal, Nalgonda District, to take appropriate action on the petitioner's on-line applications expeditiously and in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
