Petitioner has questioned in this Writ Petition the inaction of the 2nd respondent in evaluating the OMR sheet of the petitioner for the examination conducted by it for the post of Junior Lecturer pursuant to Notification No.27/2017 dt.02.06.2017.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner had given representations to the 2nd respondent on 22.01.2018 and 10.02.2018 to consider her case as per the order dt.30.11.2017 in W.P.No.26845 of 2017 and that the said representation is not disposed of by the 2nd respondent.

Sri D.Bala Kishan Rao, Standing Counsel appearing for 2nd respondent states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the petitioner's representations within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate its decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representations within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate its decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
