When the matter was listed on 22-12-2015, as there was no representation for the petitioner the matter was listed on 10-03-2016. Even on 10-03-2016, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed under the 'dismissal' caption. Even today also, there is no representation for the petitioner in the morning and after noon session. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this W.P., shall stand closed.
