HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1428 of 2000 ORDER:

This revision is preferred questioning order dated 10.11.1999 in I.A.No.140 of 1999 in A.S.No.10 of 1993 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Kavali, whereunder 1st appellate Court refused to receive documents filed under Order XLI Rule 27 C.P.C. as additional evidence.

2. I have perused the impugned order dated 10.11.1999. The learned appellate Judge has recorded reasons for not receiving the documents on the ground that petitioners failed to assign sufficient reasons for not producing the documents, which are certified copies, during the trial time and I do not find any jurisdictional error in the order of the 1st appellate Court.

3. Therefore, this revision is devoid of merits and accordingly dismissed.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
