Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in deleting the name of the 2nd petitioner from the Revenue Records in respect of the land of an extent of Ac.5.21 guntas in respect of Survey No.79/1 of Narsapur Village and Mandal, Medak District in spite of a direction given in S.A.No.662 and 894 of 1998 on 26.9.2007 to maintain statusquo. 3.
If a wrong entry is made in the Revenue Records, the petitioners are having sufficient remedy under the provisions of Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and they can avail such remedy.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is not maintainable and is, accordingly, dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioners to avail such remedy.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
