THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.361 OF 2018 ORDER:

The contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 22.11.2017 passed in W.V.M.P.No.3038 of 2017 in W.P.No.14798 of 2017.

It is represented by both the counsel that the order of this Court passed at the interlocutory stage has been complied with by the respondents. However, it is made clear that if there is any grievance for the petitioner, he can agitate the same in the pending writ petition. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present contempt case.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.
