Learned counsel for the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant submits that the complaint itself is withdrawn by the complainant in the lower Court in view of compromise entered into between the parties and therefore, the cause in these two petitions does not survive for further adjudication.

Recording the same, these two Criminal Petitions are closed. Miscellaneous petition, if any, pending in these petitions shall stand closed.
