THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.24801 of 2009 ORDER:

Sri D.Sunil Kumar representing Smt.K.Udaya Sri, learned counsel appearing for petitioner, having regard to regularization of petitioner's services in the year 2014, requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the instant writ petition and against regularization if any grievance subsisting, the petitioner may be given liberty to work out legal remedies in accordance with law. Having regard to changed circumstances, learned Standing Counsel does not oppose the request of petitioner. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is given liberty to work out remedies if any for grant of further or additional prayer subsequent to regularization. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
